Showaddywaddy in concert 1st April

Famous for their catchy pop versions of old ‘50s US rock ‘n' roll songs as much as their flamboyant Teddy Boy look, dance routines and numerous television appearances, Showaddywaddy will return to the Pitlochry stage for another sure-to-sell-out performance of finger clicking, side-stepping, rock ‘n' roll on Friday, 1st April - no joke!

From a catalogue of hits from over 30 years (their first single, Hey Rock ‘n' Roll was released in 1974), they will perform timeless pop favourites such as Under The Moon of Love, Heartbeat and Blue Moon. You'll also hear songs from their recently completed and critically acclaimed new album The Sun Album, recorded in Memphis, Tennessee.
So, dip into your Brylcreem, dust off the Brothel Creepers, get your hands of those last remaining tickets and Take Three Steps to Heaven back to the 1970s for a night to remember!

History

From 1951 to the 21st Century...

Discover our history "When staying in Pitlochry during the early part of the war, I chanced to see a stately house with a fairly large garden, quite close to the town. I at once realised that here my dream theatre might well be established in this fashionable resort right in the heart of Scotland"… John Stewart, Founder of Pitlochry Festival Theatre.
