| Katzenjammer to make fourth Pitlochry appearance |
|
Piano comedy duo Katzenjammer return to Pitlochry Festival Theatre on Friday 9th April for the fourth time in almost as many years - and this time, it's with a brand new show: I Love A Piano. In true Katzenjammer style, Steven Worbey and Kevin Farrell, two classically trained pianists, sit at one piano to blend spectacular classical favourites - Mozart to Mrs Mills and from Liszt to Liberace - (as you've never heard them before!) with their uniquely infectious style of comedy. Direct from BBC Radio's Friday Night Is Music Night, which is broadcast to millions each week, this love letter to the piano is a truly captivating show. Make sure you make it along to marvel at the magic of seeing four hands turn eighty eight keys into musical mayhem! Wonderful stuff. Tickets are available from PFT's box office on 01796 484626 or online. |

"When staying in Pitlochry during the early part of the war, I chanced to see a stately house with a fairly large garden, quite close to the town. I at once realised that here my dream theatre might well be established in this fashionable resort right in the heart of Scotland"… John Stewart, Founder of Pitlochry Festival Theatre.
