There are a number of services available to ensure equal access, opportunity and enjoyment for all at Pitlochry Festival Theatre.

Disabled parking is reserved near the main entrance to the Theatre

Wheelchair users can access all facilities and a courtesy wheelchair is available. Please contact the Box Office to arrange this in advance.

An induction loop is available for people with impaired hearing. Upon entering the theatre, switch your hearing aid to the 'T' position.

Personal sound amplifiers are available, Please contact the Box Office to arrange in advance.

Audio description is available and offers visually impaired patrons a live commentary through a discreet headset without interfering with dialogue. This can normally be provided on any night. Please contact the Box Office to arrange this in advance.

We will also endeavour to arrange touch tours prior to a performance, subject to availability.

Guide Dogs and Hearing Dogs are welcome. Please advise the Box Office if you are bringing your dog.

There are two adapted toilets in the theatre foyer and four spaces for people with wheelchairs in the auditorium.
